David Payne is regularly instructed in a wide variety of cases and has proved successful since joining chambers in 2004.

He is regularly instructed in to appear in the Crown Court for both Prosecution and Defence. David also enjoys regular instruction in Public Law care matters, with a keen interest in representing Local Authorities.

He has also been regularly instructed in respect of civil matters with experience in all types of Personal Injury cases.
