Venice has a wide experience in acting for appellants in asylum and immigration appeals. She regularly acts for applicants and respondents in family matters, both in private and public law and represents claimants and defendants in civil and Probate actions, including small claims and personal injury matters.

She also appears regularly in the lower courts on behalf of the prosecution and for defendants. She has been involved in planning cases, notably and successfully in the Stratford-upon-Avon Aerial Enquiry in 1983, the Bishops Itchington/Blue Circle Cement Enquiry, gypsy/resident disputes and developer/resident disputes.
