Nomination for Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year

Abid Mahmood has been nominated for the pretigious Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year awards 2007. The report in New Law Journal, 1st June 2007 page 756 reads,

"Abid is praised for his committment and legal skills in the immigration and asylum field at every level. He has been involved in many groundbreaking cases, often taking them from tribunal right up to the Court of Appeal, leading to dramatic changes in the law."
