Davinder Dhaliwal honoured to be a Judge of the Sikh Court
Extract from a post by Professor Jo Delahunty KC on the Linked In website:
"On Saturday (20 April 2024) Lincoln’s Inn rang out with the sounds of celebration song and prayer as the Sikhs Court came into being. This image is as powerful as their purpose. In one year Sikhs in Law have created a ADR forum for the Sikh community. The passion, persistence and commitment to public service exemplified by this initiative driven forward by the efforts of Baldip Singh MCIArb is to be commended. To see Baldip and our fellow friends and colleagues in family law, Mani Singh Basi and Sharan Bhachu sworn in as judges was a moment to be savoured and remembered. I salute them and their brother and sister judges for the work they are committed to doing for their community."
No.8 Chambers are delighted to report that Davinder Dhaliwal was honoured to be asked to be one of the Judges of the Sikh Court.
